Online Navigation
When used online, HERE WeGo provides the following plus functions:
Route planning that takes into account the current traffic situation.
To reduce mobile data traffic, you can plan the route and start the online navigation with a WiFi connection still available.
Calculation of alternative driving routes.
If you select an alternative online driving route and deviate from the route, it may occur, that HERE WeGo recalculates the route with the default one. In this case it is advisable to check the route after the deviation.
Displaying current traffic data on the map (road works, traffic jams, etc.).
To use this function HERE Traffic must be turned on on the About, Legal & Notices settings page.
Satellite view, up-to-date online maps.
Online navigation in satellite view can consume a lot of data, so the satellite view can primarily help you to select your destination.
You can get directions for other modes of transportation (for example, public transit). This option is only available in certain regions.
Finding the nearest bus or train departures:
Select your destination.
Get directions.
Select public transit.
